- COVERAGE - Vertical Surfaces: 1 gallon covers 30 square feet (2.8 square meters). Apply 3 to 4 thick coats to attain a 30 mil (0.76 mm) membrane. Flat or Ponding Surfaces: 1 gallon covers 15 square feet (1.4 square meters). Apply 4 to 5 thick coats to achieve a membrane thickness of 60-80 mil (1.5-2 mm).
